A small firm with real presence on both sides

ZED Services is a France-based boutique advisory firm working at the intersection of institutional finance and African market realities. Formally incorporated in 2025, the groundwork laid since 2021. We work with entrepreneurs who have strong projects and need structured support to access financing, and with investors who want qualified exposure to West and Central Africa without going in blind.

We take time to understand the project, the market context and what the entrepreneur actually needs. We ask questions before we propose anything.

We try to stay involved as things move forward. We know implementation is where most things get complicated, and we do not disappear at that stage.

A community multipurpose hub in a rural village in southern Cameroon. ZED Services accompanied the project from scratch, structuring the concept, writing the investment memorandum, launching a crowdfunding campaign and prospecting investors. Three people. Three complementary roles.

Founder
Reina Zang

Based in Geneva area, Reina is building expertise at the intersection of institutional finance and African markets. Educated in banking and international finance (Grande École), she has developed experience across Switzerland, France, and through assignments in Cameroon and London : with a focus on banking, asset management and impact finance. ZED Services is where she applies that background to something she cares about.

Rasak Abideni

Rasak is ZED's anchor in Côte d'Ivoire. An independent entrepreneur with over 10 years of on-the-ground experience in Abidjan, he has built a deep network across real estate, construction and import/export. He has accompanied every project ZED has run in Côte d'Ivoire. He is also the one developing ZED's connection with China : with active contacts among suppliers in Guangzhou and Yiwu across electronics, home appliances and construction materials.

Liliane Zang

Liliane has been creating and running projects in Cameroon since 2012. She is the reason ZED's work on the ground in Cameroon is possible. A state-certified social worker and court-accredited investigator in France, her expertise is in the human side of projects : community mobilization, social inclusion, child protection, family mediation and rural education.
